起锅烧水,在水快要煮沸但是还没有煮沸时,调小火,用虎口挤出肉泥,用勺子舀出,把肉丸放进水中,等肉丸子浮起来了就捞出放入凉水里更Q弹;
起锅开小火,倒油,放入西红柿压着炒出汁,加入2勺番茄酱加味,倒入热水煮开,鸡胸肉丸,再放点金针菇,加点儿盐、白胡椒粉调味,最后淋入2勺水淀粉把汤汁煮浓稠,出锅!
